CRAZY FAN OF AMITABH LANDS IN LOCKUP

A die hard fan of Amitabh Bachchan,18 -year old Pradeep's desire to catch a glimpse of his favourite star ended him in the police lock up. Pradeep Shamroop Vishwakarma was caught trying to intrude in filmstar's bungalow and at present is in the Santacruz police station lock up.Pradeep was arrested scaling the wall of Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow “Prateeksha” in Juhu last night(4th October) by the private security guards and handed to Juhu Police Station.Pradeep hails from U.P and had landed in the city on 12th October during the Ganpati celebrations.He was on a lookout for a job and was presently residing at Kandivili.
A reliable source from Juhu Police Station revealed the entire incident to The Asian Age “Yesterday (4th october) ,Pradeep was strolling on Juhu beach in the evening with two of his friends.Wherein they decided to go and meet the filmstar Amitabh Bachchan at his bungalow.So the three friends went to his new bungalow “Jalsa” near Hotel Juhu Centaur ,but were refused entry by the private security guards.And they were told to go to his other bungalow “Prateeksha”,N.S Road No.10,Juhu and maybe they could find him there.Pradeep and his friends then went to Prateeksha at 8 pm and requested the security guards to allow them to meet Amitabh.But the guards refused them.They could not control their desire to meet the star and they decided to climb the back wall from of the bungalow and enter.But only Pradeep could climb the wall,whereas other two failed.the security guards noticed Pradeep climbing and immediately caught hold of him.Pradeep was handed over to the Juhu Police Station.”
Speaking about the knife recovered from Pradeep at the scene ,a police official said “Pradeep told us that while walking on the beach ,he found a vegetable knife and just casually picked it up.We are still investigating the case to find out the clear motive.He has been remanded to police custody till 11th October and at present he is at Santacruz police lock up.”According to the statement given to the police,Pradeep said that he is a die hard fan of Amitabh since long time.Few days back his uncle showed him the star’s bungalow at Juhu.And from that day onwards he was just wanting to have a glimpse of his favourite star who is not less than God for me.”
D.Sidam,Police Inspector,Juhu Police Station said “When caught and brought in to the police station,Pradeep initially said that he was running away from some local goondas and in order to take some shelter,climbed the bungalow wall.But investigations are on.”Sakhade,Senior Police Inspector,Juhu Police Station was unavailable for comments.
